Geoff McArthur, Head Football Coach
Starting in the summer of 2012, Coach McArthur will lead the Niagara Academy Football team and provide year-round instruction to Canadian football players, teaching them the skills needed to play in the NCAA.
Geoff McArthur is known as the premier wide receiver coach in the U.S. In his senior high school season, McArthur led the nation in yards receiving (1,779) and touchdowns (28). Geoff then went on to become Cal Berkley’s all-time leader in catches (202), yards (3,100) and also yards in a single season (1,504). Geoff was an all-American in 2003, finishing second only to Larry Fitzgerald in receiving yards. McArthur played receiver for two first round quarterbacks in Baltimore Ravens Kyle Boller and Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers.
Coach McArthur has worked with many of the nation’s premier wide receivers including Philadelphia’s DeSean Jackson, New Orleans Marques Colston, University of Washington’s Kasen Williams, University of Southern California’s Bryce Butler, Oregon’s Jamere Holland, UCLA’s Morrell Presley and Clemson’s Bryce McNeal.
